1. General Policy – No Returns & No Refunds
All purchases made through PlantifyPots are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

Minor color or size variations due to lighting or photography
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
2. Damaged Products – Replacement Eligibility (Within 24 Hours)
We only accept return or replacement requests if the product is received in a damaged condition.
To qualify for a replacement:

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage and the packaging.

You must provide your order number, full name, and contact details.
Upon verification, we will arrange:

Money back, if the item is unavailable.
Claims submitted after the 24 hours window will not be accepted.
3. Non-Eligible Conditions for Replacement
Returns or replacements will not be approved if:

Damage occurred after delivery.

The customer fails to report the issue within 24 hours.

The customer is unable to provide valid proof of damage.

The product has been used, altered, or tampered with.
4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided by the customer,
PlantifyPots is not responsible for non-delivery, and no refund or replacement will be issued.
