All orders are processed within 2–4 working days.

Once processed, your order will be shipped and tracking information will be updated (if applicable).

During high-demand periods or sales, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Origin

We currently ship all orders directly from China through trusted international courier partners.

This allows us to provide a wide variety of high-quality products at affordable prices.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Because we ship internationally, delivery may take:

This timeframe may vary slightly based on:

  • Customs clearance

  • Courier workload

  • National holidays

  • Remote locations

Delays beyond our control do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.

4. Future Delivery Improvements

We are actively working on establishing a local warehouse in Pakistan.

Once launched, delivery times will be significantly reduced to:

We will update customers as soon as local fulfillment becomes available.

5. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • The order may fail to deliver

  • No refund or replacement will be issued

Customers are responsible for entering correct delivery information.

6. Order Tracking

Some orders may include tracking information based on product type and courier availability.

Tracking details will be sent via email once the order has been shipped.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Damage claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

In rare cases, customs or import fees may apply.

These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
