These minor variations do not qualify for refunds or returns.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Products may be offered in limited quantities.

We may discontinue, modify, or update items at our discretion.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may offer:

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently process and ship all orders directly from China through trusted international shipping partners.

Delivery may take up to 14 working days, depending on your location and courier handling times.

Please note:

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or courier delays.
PlantifyPots is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or customs clearance.
No refund or cancellation will be issued for delayed delivery.

We are actively working toward establishing a local warehouse in Pakistan in the near future. Once operational, delivery times will be significantly reduced to within 1 week for most cities.

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address, no refund or replacement will be issued in case of failed delivery.

6. Return & Refund Policy

No returns and no refunds for non-damaged products.
Only damaged products may qualify for replacement within 24 hours of delivery, with proof provided.
No claims are accepted after the 24 hours window.
